V1: One little gift was entrusted to me
    Overwhelmed by options, I found no clarity 
    I was filled with confusion, what could the right choice be

    Didn’t use what he gave me, I couldn’t spare the time

   Let your light shine through, He gave you gifts to use
       
V3: What a talent God has put into my hand
    I’ll save it for later, wait for the perfect plan

V4: Now I feel the loss and I’m fretting all day
    The little He gave me has been taken away
    There were so many chances, why didn’t I obey

B: God can move the mountains, He can split the rushing seas
   He don’t got no need of nothing, runs the universe with ease
   So when He gives a blessing to the likes of yous and mes
   We better do what’s right and thank Him from our bended knees
   It’s an honour to be giving every gift to show Him praise
   It’s not like we deserve the credit for them anyway
   He’s the One who blesses us with gifts to put to use   
   So open up your life and drop that tired old excuse
